Welcome to Oshvi. These terms explain the rules of using oshvi.shop — the storefront and member portal operated by Oshvi Apparel LLP, a company registered in Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India. By placing an order or creating an account you accept these terms.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. We'll never email you asking for your password. If you suspect an unauthorised sign-in, write to hello@oshvi.shop and we'll lock the account immediately.
2. Orders & payments
Listed prices are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is wrongly priced or out of stock; in that case you'll receive a full refund to the original payment method within the standard window. Cash on Delivery is available across most PIN codes; an OTP confirmation may be required.
3. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from our Sambhajinagar studio within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is approximately 7 business days across India. Remote pincodes may take a little longer. Free shipping applies above ₹1,499.
4. Returns & exchanges
Unworn pieces with tags intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Reverse pickup is free; refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of pickup. Sale items, intimate wear, and gift cards are non-returnable.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break Indian law, harass anyone, scrape at volume, or attempt to subvert our security. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Limitation of liability
Oshvi's liability for any single order is capped at the order value. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays beyond our control (courier, weather, civic events).
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Material changes are emailed to active members.
